At the end of the day, getting athletes to compete at the highest level takes a lot of planning and smart programming. I’m giving you 12 years of training high level clients and professional athletes in a simple resource. These are some of my favourite protocols that are the easiest to plug and play. All you need is a court and or an open space. It’s really that easy.

At the end of the day, the biggest tip you can give and athlete is ‘apply your self like it’s a game situation.’ We use that philosophy all the time but what we also employ is a very scientific approach paired with smart coaching. These conditioning programs have times and norms associated with them which will help you know where you are in the scheme of athletic development.
